Creating and sharing your card

We process the details, artwork, video and links you choose to put on your card, account or guest-order information, delivery address and order/payment metadata to provide the service. People with your card’s public link can view its published digital content. Do not put confidential information on a public card.

The four design suggestions are rendered in your browser, not by an external AI service. Selected artwork and card details use the normal draft-saving system. Drafts may be saved automatically when storage is configured.

Hosting/storage providers support the app; Stripe processes payments and CloudPrinter receives the files and delivery details needed for printing. We do not collect your full payment card number in our own forms.

Support chat

When you press Send message, your message and any name or email you entered are sent to our support team using Telegram. Simply opening the chat or typing does not send your contact details. Replies return to the website chat. An access token is stored in this browser to reopen the conversation; access expires after 30 days. This is not a promise that all support or transaction records are deleted after 30 days.

We keep records as needed to operate the service, handle support and disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Email is available if you do not want to use Telegram. Never send passwords or payment card details in chat.

Browser and camera

Theme preferences and draft/conversation access information may be saved in your browser. AR viewing requests camera permission. The viewer uses camera frames locally for tracking; scan-presence signals can indicate that a card is being viewed. Optional live calls are separate audio/video interactions requiring permission.
